Do I need an account to build a form?

No. Start building straight away — you only need an account when you publish. Your work is saved as you go, and signing up moves that exact form into your new account.

What happens to my form if I never sign up?

Unclaimed drafts are kept for 30 days from your last edit, then deleted. Use the 'Save your progress' link in the builder if you want to come back from another device.

Is the free plan really unlimited?

Unlimited forms and unlimited responses, within fair use. If something looks like abuse we will get in touch before doing anything about it.

Can I remove the koaform badge?

Yes — email support@koaform.com. There is no self-serve upgrade button; a human sorts it out, usually the same day.

What happens to old responses if I edit my form?

They stay exactly as they were submitted. Renaming a question or an option never rewrites history, and deleting a question keeps its past answers in your export, marked as removed.

How do you stop spam?

Every published form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which is invisible for almost everyone, plus rate limiting. No CAPTCHAs to solve unless something looks wrong.
